Rent Synths and Modular

Nearly everything you see at a Synth Picnic is available to rent from as little as a pound a day. You can book what you want to borrow, take it away at the end of one Synth Picnic and bring it back at the beginning of the next.

Step 1 – Create an account on Hygglo (previously called Fat Llama)

Step 2 – Find our listings: Click here or Search for “Synth Picnic”.

Step 3 – Set the date range – 6th May March to 11th July – click on “Send a Request”.

Step 4 – I will review the request, set the correct price and send you a message to confirm.

Step 5 – Confirm, pay the cost and verify your identity

Step 6 – Collect the synth on Saturday after 3pm, don’t forget to bring your ID.

Step 7 – Bring the synth back to the next Synth Picnic before 12pm

The Hygglo system is not perfect for our month-to-month purposes but we can make it work. All you need to do is select a rental period from one Picnic to the next, so the 6th June until the 11th July, and hit the “Request Booking” button. I’ll then confirm it and adjust the price so it’s right (plus any fees imposed by the website). Once you’ve paid you’ll be asked to verify your identity – this is key to making the rental process secure. Please bring the same ID with you when you come to collect the synth.

Synth Picnic then creates the perfect situation where someone can come and collect a rental system and return it a month later.

All rentals are for approximately 30 days, from one Synth Picnic until the next.
